Scope of Practice

Arthur holds dual licensure as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). This allows him to provide both medication management and psychotherapy within a single appointment — eliminating the coordination burden that split-care models create for patients and referring providers.

What Your Patient Will Experience

Initial Consultation

A complimentary phone screening to assess fit, followed by a 90-minute comprehensive evaluation. Medical records, prior treatment history, and medication lists are reviewed in advance.

Ongoing Care

60-minute appointments — never 15-minute med checks. Each session integrates medication review with therapeutic work. Caseload is intentionally limited to ensure availability.

Communication

With patient consent, referring providers receive treatment summaries, medication updates, and collaborative consultation as needed. We prioritize continuity across the care team.
