In accordance with Connecticut law, medical records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years from the last date of treatment. Controlled substance prescription records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years.

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes to how we handle PHI will be communicated directly to active patients.
